Barts ChoirWe welcome anyone who wants to sing with us.
Your level of musical ability doesn't matter - we have people with years of singing experience and wide musical knowledge, and people who have never sung in a classical concert before or who can't read music.
Enthusiasm for classical choral music, a willingness to do a bit of homework to learn your notes when necessary, and the enthusiasm to sell tickets to everyone you know are the only entry criteria.
Rehearsals are structured so you can learn both the notes and the musical interpretation as you go along, and learning resources are available to help you learn your notes at home.
If you would like to join us, you need to start within the first three weeks of each term (see the current rehearsal schedule) - just come along. Music is available to buy at the first few rehearsals. Each section (soprano, alto, tenor, bass) has a voice rep who will be able to answer any questions and make you feel at home.
